Today LS2 did dance we watched a short clip of 2 people doing these cool movements Mrs Anderson said we have to do something similar to that but first we had to do are stretches. A warm up is a short exercise. the reason we do this is because we need to avoid injuries. Mrs Anderson said we had to make our own stretch movements we first had to get a buddy my partner was Cj then we watched a video some people working out then we copied there moves then we had to put it on a piece of paper so that we don't forget it when we write all of our movement on the piece of paper then we had to choose a song as a team then we had to group up with other group and show our movements to them and play the song we chose. Their feed forward to us was we need to work on our time.
